OVERVIEW

This website and online store are operated by MR OPTIMAL SYSTEMS under the trading name Optimal Boxing.

Throughout these Terms, “Optimal Boxing,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MR OPTIMAL SYSTEMS. “You” and “customer” refer to any person accessing the website or purchasing a product.

By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated into them, including our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, an order must be placed by or with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

PRODUCTS

Optimal Boxing sells authentic boxing equipment, apparel, training accessories, and related products sourced from Japan and other legitimate supply channels.

Most products are sourced to order and are not held in our physical inventory. Supplier availability is confirmed after an order is placed.

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, measurements, colours, photographs, and specifications. Packaging, labels, colours, materials, and minor product details may change because of manufacturer updates, production variations, lighting, photography, or display settings.

Such variations do not affect a customer’s rights when a product is materially different from its description.

AUTHENTICITY AND BRAND RELATIONSHIPS

Products identified as Winning products are represented as genuine Winning products sourced through legitimate Japanese supply channels.

Optimal Boxing is an independent retailer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Optimal Boxing and MR OPTIMAL SYSTEMS are not owned by, operated by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or formally affiliated with Winning or its manufacturer.

All manufacturer names, trademarks, logos, and product names belong to their respective owners and are used for product identification.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order and receiving an automated confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance or supplier availability.

An order is accepted when we confirm that it can be processed or begin procurement or fulfilment.

We may cancel or refuse an order before dispatch when:

The product is unavailable
The supplier cannot fulfil the order
Payment cannot be verified
Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected
The delivery destination cannot be serviced
A material pricing or listing error occurred
Fulfilling the order would violate applicable law or carrier restrictions

If we cancel an order after payment, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

SOURCED-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Products described as “Sourced to Order,” “Special Order,” or otherwise not physically in stock are acquired from our supplier after the customer places an order.

Procurement may begin shortly after payment. Voluntary cancellation, return, and exchange restrictions for these products are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

Sourced-to-order status does not remove statutory cancellation, withdrawal, or remedy rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

PRICES AND CURRENCY

Store prices may be displayed in US dollars or converted into a local currency.

Currency conversions may be approximate and may change because of exchange-rate movements or payment-provider calculations.

The final product price, shipping charge, currency, and any taxes collected by us will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include destination-country customs duties, import VAT, brokerage charges, or carrier handling fees.

PRICING ERRORS

We may correct typographical, technical, pricing, promotional, or product-information errors.

If a material pricing error affects an order, we may contact the customer to offer the choice of accepting the corrected price or cancelling the affected product for a refund, where permitted by law.

We will not charge an increased price without the customer’s authorization.

PAYMENT

Payment must be completed through a payment method offered at checkout.

Payment processing is provided by third-party providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, card networks, banks, and digital-wallet providers. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply.

Customers must provide accurate billing and payment information and must be authorized to use the selected payment method.

We may delay, cancel, or request additional verification for transactions identified as potentially fraudulent or unauthorized.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing periods, transit estimates, shipping charges, customs responsibilities, tracking, split shipments, and delivery procedures are described in our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If we cannot dispatch within a promised timeframe, we will provide the options required by applicable law.

Risk of loss transfers at the time required by applicable law. Where mandatory consumer law applies, risk will not transfer until the customer or their designated recipient takes physical possession of the products.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

Unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are included, customers are responsible for import VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees, carrier handling charges, and other destination-country charges.

Customs authorities may request information directly from the recipient. Optimal Boxing does not control customs decisions, inspection periods, or local charges.

Refusing delivery or failing to pay import charges does not automatically create a right to a refund. Any refund required by law may be reduced by unrecoverable shipping, customs, carrier, or return costs where legally permitted.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

All return, exchange, cancellation, condition, authorization, shipping-cost, and refund requirements are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Products must not be returned to Winning, our supplier, the original sender, or an address appearing on the parcel unless Optimal Boxing specifically authorizes that address in writing.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Customers must inspect delivered products promptly and contact support@mroptimal.io if a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description.

Customers should retain the product, packaging, shipping label, and supporting photographs until the claim is resolved.

We will provide the remedy required by applicable law.

PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

Boxing, combat sports, physical training, weight cutting, and the use of heat-retaining clothing involve inherent risks.

Customers are responsible for:

Selecting an appropriate product and size
Reading and following manufacturer instructions
Inspecting equipment before use
Using products only for their intended purpose
Replacing damaged, worn, or compromised equipment
Obtaining qualified medical or professional advice where appropriate

Protective equipment cannot eliminate all risks of injury.

Sauna suits and other heat-retaining products increase sweating and the risk of dehydration, overheating, and heat-related illness. Users should stay hydrated, monitor symptoms, avoid unsafe weight-cutting practices, and stop immediately if they feel unwell.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Promotions, discount codes, bundles, gifts, and free-shipping offers are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Promotions cannot be combined
Discounts do not apply retrospectively
Free products have no cash value
Returned qualifying products may cause a related discount or free product to be deducted from the refund
Promotions may be modified or withdrawn before an order is placed

WEBSITE USE

You must not:

Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity
Submit false or misleading information
Attempt unauthorized access to the website, customer accounts, or connected systems
Introduce malicious code
Scrape, copy, or commercially exploit website content without permission
Interfere with the operation or security of the store
Use the website in a manner that infringes another person’s rights

We may restrict access, cancel orders, or close accounts associated with prohibited conduct.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original text, layout, graphics, branding, and other original content belong to MR OPTIMAL SYSTEMS or are used under permission or applicable law.

Manufacturer trademarks, product photographs, logos, and product information remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing on the website grants a licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected content without authorization.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, carriers, social networks, analytics providers, and external websites.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, availability, or privacy practices, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

WARRANTIES

We do not provide additional warranties beyond those expressly stated by us, provided by the manufacturer, or required by applicable law.

To the extent legally permitted, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical problems.

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory warranties, conformity rights, or remedies that apply to consumers.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optimal Boxing and MR OPTIMAL SYSTEMS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, delayed delivery, or product use.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will remain subject to the protections and remedies required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is prohibited
Defective-product liability that cannot be excluded
Deliberate misconduct
Any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil disruption, strikes, transportation interruptions, customs action, government restrictions, carrier failures, supplier disruptions, cyber incidents, or public-health emergencies.

If such circumstances materially delay an order, we will provide the notice and cancellation options required by applicable law.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

NO WAIVER

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and the policies referenced in them form the agreement between the customer and Optimal Boxing concerning use of the store and purchases made through it.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on the website.

Changes apply prospectively and will not alter an existing order in a way prohibited by applicable law. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to MR OPTIMAL SYSTEMS in Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

This choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections provided by the law of their country of residence.

Any dispute may be brought in a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer’s mandatory right to bring a claim in another legally available forum.
