Refund policy

Unopened Products and Exchanges

Voluntary returns for a refund are accepted only when the product remains unopened, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its complete original packaging with all seals, labels, accessories, and documentation intact.

Once a product or its packaging has been opened, it is not eligible for a voluntary refund.

An opened but unused product may be considered only for an exchange for the same product or model, including another available size or colour of that model. All exchanges require prior written authorization and are subject to product availability.

The customer is responsible for:

• Return postage and packaging

• Tracking and insurance

• Any customs charges associated with the return

• The cost of shipping the replacement product

Products that have been used, worn, washed, marked, damaged, altered, or exposed to training use are not eligible for return or voluntary exchange.

For health and hygiene reasons, hand wraps, knuckle guards, headgear, apparel, and other personal-contact products must not be used or tried during training. Where a product is supplied in sealed hygiene packaging and is not suitable for resale after unsealing, it cannot be returned or exchanged after the seal has been broken, except if defective or where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Mandatory Rights

These restrictions do not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where applicable law permits a customer to inspect an item after opening it, statutory cancellation rights will be honoured. We may deduct any loss in value caused by handling beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or misdescribed products remain covered by applicable consumer law. Depending on the circumstances and legal requirements, the remedy may include replacement with the same product, repair, price reduction, or refund. Optimal Boxing will cover reasonable return-shipping costs where legally required.
